WINIM came to Buildmedia wanting an improved 3d visualisation experience to showcase 17x North/South facing terrace homes in Naremburn NSW.
Designed by Rothelowman, each home was designed with a high level of consideration for privacy between each courtyard & neighbouring window.
Being able to interactively “walk” anywhere within each home to understand its privacy was extremely important to the developer & producing a series of traditional renders was not going to be enough to help project confidence to future home buyers when buying such a highly considered design around privacy.
Presenting each home as accurately & honestly as possible was also high on WINIM’s list of must haves - a considerable amount of time was spent on accurately representing each material finish & getting the cabinetry, bathroom details & joinery just right.
A total of 3x terrace home types in both light and dark colour schemes were interactively showcased within their Realspace interactive display suite.
