Two apartment types were visualised in two different colour schemes using our Realtime interactive solution – Realspace. As well as providing a touch screen interactive walkthrough, we also created the following content:
Realspace is an invaluable tool when it comes to selling apartments off the plans.
As a salesperson, the common challenge is to help people to visualise what they are considering buying. Typically purchasers struggle to understand and visualise from the plans alone.
Realspace takes that guess work away and gives them a very realistic walk through of the apartment and layout. The quality and accuracy is excellent, which is essential for us to be sure we are accurately representing what we are selling.
This is definitely the future of selling property off the plans.
