Love & Co. property developers required a stand-out 3d animation that could be used to showcase a 600m2 penthouse in the heart of Auckland to a range of local and international buyers.
Sitting at the very top of a heritage-listed building, and with one of the largest internal courtyards in Australasia, the penthouse development presented a great opportunity to utilise our unique visualisation method and interactive display suite, Realspace. By creating an online 360° tour and an interactive touch and VR experience in Realspace, Love & Co.’s discerning buyers could experience and interactively explore every room within the penthouse on a large touch-screen TV.
