Where: Takapuna, Auckland, New Zealand
When: November 2016
When Construkt Architects asked us to visualise what Summer Gardens, a beautiful boutique residential development in Takapuna on Auckland’s North Shore will look like, we were excited about the opportunity to create from the ground up, a complete set of marketing collateral to promote the project.
When Summer Gardens is completed it will consist of 30-apartments with 6 Green Star rating and plenty of cutting-edge technology.
Buildmedia was tasked with creating and delivering everything from branding to print brochures, website design and wall displays for the show suite.
“Having worked with Buildmedia many times in the past, they were easily my preference for Summer Gardens” – Madushin Amarasekera, Construkt Architects
Each of the marketing components created had to work cohesively together to capture all aspects of the design.
Buildmedia created all 3d imagery, branding, website development plus printed collateral including brochures and display suite graphics and an animation. On top of this a short 90 second long video was produced that incorporated drone videography, lifestyle footage, location maps, still and moving 3d image renders.
Architectural design elements like the punched aluminium screens were used as inspiration for the visual branding of the development.
It’s a real treat for Buildmedia’s studio to be able to manage all aspects of developing the marketing collateral for the full scope of a project.
It means our team can work together with every small detail and ensure everything, from producing 3d renders through to digital and print design, is seamlessly integrated.
It’s great for the client too, as the whole process is managed by one supplier.
Buildmedia created all 3d imagery, animations, branding, website development plus printed collateral including brochures and display suite graphics.
When deciding who to work with a couple of fundamental factors are vital: competency in delivering a high quality product and people who I could collaboratively work alongside to ensure design intent was correctly translated.Madushin Amarasekera, Construkt Architects - #
